What we are looking for?
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA development
- Strong expertise in PEGA PRPC / PEGA Platform
- Solid understanding of Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning concepts
- Experience with PEGA UI (Harnesses, Sections, Skin rules)
- Strong knowledge of PEGA integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services)
- Experience with PEGA performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of OOP concepts, Java, and XML
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
