As our Labor Relations Manager, you will lead the comprehensive Labor Relations and Union Management strategy, ensuring preventive management aligned with the operational, financial, and cultural needs of the business. You will be responsible for compliance with current labor regulations, the implementation of labor reforms, management of the union relationship, and mitigation of labor risks—promoting labor peace, organizational stability, and operational continuity. You will execute strategies with organizational impact, supporting operational processes, negotiations, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring balanced decisions between operations, the legal framework, and the employee experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design and lead the comprehensive Labor Relations and Union Management strategy aligned with business priorities
Lead the implementation of labor reforms and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with the current legal framework
Manage the strategic relationship with union representatives: negotiations, agreement follow-up, and preventive strategies
Act as a strategic partner to operational and leadership teams on high-impact decisions: discipline, productivity, and operational continuity
Address and resolve highly complex labor cases, conflicts, and internal investigations
Oversee key processes: terminations, disciplinary actions, and organizational movements
Our ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Law (a diploma, specialization, or master's degree in Labor Law is a plus)
6 to 10 years of experience in Labor Relations, including at least 3 years in a leadership (Jefatura) role
Experience in organizations with a headcount of 2,000+ employees
Experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements and managing union relationships
Knowledge of terminations with a human-centered approach
Intermediate-advanced English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
