ROLE
As S&OP; Manager within the regional NSA Planning Hub team you will be responsible for the overall S&OP; function and end-to-end Planning operations across a cluster of Operating Companies (OpCos) in the Americas Region.
Roles & Responsibilities
Directly manages a team of Hub Planning Leads, responsible for Demand, Replenishment & Distribution, Production (Brewing & Packaging), and Finished Goods Imports Planning.
Serves as a critical bridge between OpCo operational planning and the Regional S&OP; process — ensuring risks, decisions, and escalations are properly integrated at the Regional level.
Co-accountable for Supply Chain Fixed Expenses, Stock Working Capital, and Write-Off performance across the cluster, and defines and signs off on annual S&OP; KPI targets for all OpCos
Ensures product availability, operational excellence, and financial discipline across the cluster while embedding Planning governance, global standards, and continuous improvement into all OpCo processes.
Key Experiences / Skills / Behaviours
+ 6 years experience in Supply Chain areas: Demand & Supply Planning, Replenishment & Inventory Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
English level: High (Fluent)
Remarkable stakeholder management and communication/networking skills – ability to influence.
Strong people leadership — coach, develop, and hold a multi-OpCo team accountable for results.
High business acumen — understands the commercial and financial implications of supply chain decisions
Proactive and self-driven — identifies issues before they escalate; operates with a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
