Job Description
Develop, structure and analyze financial models in order to support months-end close, forecasting, budgeting as well as several weekly and daily activities and reports, providing recommendations based on findings to management teams or stakeholders who need financial insight.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, P&L, forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Develop financial models to improve and maintain data integrity
- Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- A good Financial Analyst has strong communication skills because they often have conversations with people from many different levels of an organization about complicated financial matters.
RequirementsExperience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a finance role.
Language Skills
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level (written and verbal).
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Experience with Dashboard Software
- Knowledge of Basic Finance and P&L Terminology
- Experience using any ERP
Education
- Bacherlor's Degree in Finance, Economy, Accounting, or related.
