The Project & Process Support Specialist supports project teams by helping them understand, apply, and follow internal project processes and project management practices.
This role focuses on guiding users, supporting project setup, answering questions, and ensuring projects are started and executed in a structured way. The position works closely with project teams, process owners, and other stakeholders to provide practical, hands‑on support, while following defined standards and best practices.
This is a support and enablement role, ideal for someone early to mid‑career who enjoys helping others, working with structured processes, and supporting projects in a collaborative environment.
YOUR TASKS
Process Support & Maintenance
Support the implementation of updates, changes, and improvements to internal project and process frameworks
Help ensure processes are aligned with company standards and best practices
Contribute to improving clarity, usability, and understanding of processes
Act as a first point of contact for user questions related to project processes
Provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance on how to apply processes correctly
Help clarify roles, responsibilities, and expected deliverables
Support users in understanding what is required and how to complete it
Mentor and coach project teams during new project creation and initialization
Provide guidance on how projects should be set up, without executing setup activities on behalf of the team
Review and advise on required process steps and deliverables
Support project teams during early phases by:
Explaining expectations
Highlighting potential gaps
Recommending corrective actions

Information Sharing & Enablement
Share relevant documentation, guidelines, and process information
Help users understand available tools, templates, and standards
Ensure project teams know where to find and how to use required resources

Project Management Support
Coach and advise project teams on project management practices and standards
Provide guidance on:
Project scope definition and change handling
Planning and tracking approaches
Budget awareness and resource role clarity
Support understanding of governance and compliance requirements
Act as a reference point for questions and best practices.

Risk & Governance Support
Advise and mentor teams on identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
Support teams in:
Understanding risk management expectations
Structuring and documenting Lessons Learned
Provide guidance related to project steering and governance processes
Ensure teams understand and align with internal and global project management standards
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
(or equivalent practical experience). -
Basic to intermediate understanding of project management principles

Experience supporting projects, processes, or operations (internships or early career roles acceptable)

Strong communication skills and ability to explain topics clearly

Organized, detail‑oriented, and service‑focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with project processes or structured frameworks

Exposure to project or process tools (any industry tools acceptable)

Experience working in a cross‑functional or international environment
