Continuous Improvement Supervisor
Job Description:
A CI Supervisor is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing organizational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. They collaborate with various departments to identify process gaps, establish process standards, and develop solutions to streamline operations.
Specific functions:
- Analyze and document current organizational processes
- Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration
- Develop and implement process improvement plans
- Establish process standards and documentation
- Conduct training sessions on new processes and procedures
- Maintain process documentation and track progress of process improvement efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate process improvement initiatives
- Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders
- Facilitates the deployment of the OPEX Strategy to elevate 3Q6S across the site.
- Facilitates, train and track Value Stream Map and resulting kaizen roadmap.
- Teach, implement and support Daily Management System deployment and maturity.
- Contribute productivity and cost reduction projects to equal a multiple of salary.
- Focus improvements as assigned
- Achieve Lean Tool Expert status on assigned lean tools through the tool certification process
Knowledge:
- +3 years of experience in similar activities
- Industrial Engineering or related degree
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with process mapping and documentation
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Tools and principles of Lean Manufacturing including VSM, SW (tools and forms), Set up Reduction, 6S+, TPM, Problem Solving and Lean Material Flow.
- Daily Management System
- Advanced in Excel and Visio, Medium in AutoCAD
