What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership and mentor software engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java.
- Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure.
- Build and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and best practices.
- Promote software quality through automated testing and engineering excellence.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern development practices.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Proven experience in a Technical Leadership or Lead Software Engineer role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java
- API Design & Development
- Microservices Architecture
- Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Kubernetes
- Python
- React
- Event-Driven Architecture
- Test Automation
- Strong understanding of software design principles and scalable system architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
