- Responsibilities:
- Process and support weekly payroll using specialized industry software.
- Review timecards for accuracy, including overtime and double-time calculations.
- Support certified payroll reporting and compliance for public works projects.
- Submit certified payroll documentation through systems like LCPtracker.
- Manage union reporting and trust fund contribution support.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll, ideally within the construction or trades industry.
- Strong understanding of California certified payroll regulations.
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as QuickBooks or Foundation.
