About the Role
We are seeking a night shift for Dispatcher / Logistics Control Specialist to join our growing operations team in Mexico. This position is responsible for managing daily and next-day U.S. domestic trucking operations — assigning internal trucks, communicating directly with U.S. drivers, and coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. This role requires excellent English fluency, as you will communicate with U.S. drivers and partners on a daily basis. Shift time: 6pm to 2am LA time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily and next-day trucking schedules for U.S. domestic routes.
- Communicate directly with U.S. drivers in English regarding pickups, deliveries, and routing.
- Track shipments, monitor truck positions, and update ETAs accurately.
- Handle unexpected operational issues (delays, reassignments, breakdowns, etc.) in real time.
- Coordinate with warehouses, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure seamless cargo flow.
- Maintain daily transportation logs and assist in documentation and billing processes.
- Prepare billing and related documentation for completed shipments.
- Support cross-border (U.S.–Mexico) and inland logistics projects when needed.
Requirements
- English fluency (verbal and written) is mandatory.Only English resumes will be reviewed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics control, or transportation planning.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. geography and major trucking lanes (e.g., TX, CA, IL, IN).
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with TMS systems (CargoWise is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Flexibility to coordinate across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in U.S.–Mexico cross-border logistics or U.S. inland operations.
- Familiarity with dispatching company-owned fleets.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
