Compensation
Weekly Base Pay
Daily Commissions (per qualified appointment)
- 1st: $5
- 2nd: $10
- 3rd: $15
- 4th: $20
Weekly Performance Bonuses
- 1st Place: $100
- 2nd Place: $75
- 3rd Place: $50
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST
- Tuesday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
- (Commissions are double on Saturdays)
What You’ll Do
- Speak with potential customers using our dialer
- Pre-qualify prospects and guide conversations
- Handle objections and keep conversations on track
- Accurately log notes in the CRM
Requirements
- Clear and confident English (spoken)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Professional and reliable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in call center or customer-facing roles is a plus
