Dealership Performance 360 is growing and hiring Onboarding agents to provide onboarding support to new clients.
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 Level)
- Strong communication skills
- Service attitude
- Excellent organization
- Without fear of calling/emailing English-speaking clients
- Customer service experience
- Good skills using computer equipment
- Experience managing spreadsheets
- Plus if you have experience training clients or in onboarding areas*
Some responsibilities:
- Receive calls from foreign clients
- Provide support and follow-up to clients
- Train new clients on the CRM
