Summary:
Support Property Magament department by implemeting, maintaning, analyzing, and recommending process to support all goals and objectives in accordance with strategic plan. This includes Operation, Legal and Real Estate teams by reviewing the lease contratct to identify the due date and the renewals terms and be the link with operations and the landlord to help them on any situacion according to the maintenance of the site. Support with the Property-Tax payments having access to People Soft tool, constant comunication with the landlord and the municipalites to have these payments on time and form. Have a report with all the information from all AZ sites and constanly update it. Manage with confidentiality the information of the compay and their stores.
Position Responsibilities:
- Be the link between Maintenance and AZ, implement a process to review, to follow and conclude any situation that is responsibility of the owner.
- Responsible and support with Pay Property-Tax for the open stores, constant comunication with the LL and the municipality to negociate the possible fines or surcharges, process payments in People Soft and have comunciation with finance department.
- Support on the revisions of the contracts terms to identify the due dates and maintenance terms, report to the Property Mangement Manger the status of this and help to have this updated and review the contract performance.
- Keep updated the INTUIT database. Do and submmit the purchase orders af all the OFI vendors included in each project, coordinates and assures the delivery dates and final costs
Position Requirements:
- Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study:Legal sciences / Architect / Administration
- Years of Experience:One to two years.
- Type of Experience:Knowledge in real estate, legals terms in lease and purchase contratcts, interpert architecturals plans, interpret scriptures
