What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst.

Proven experience managing payroll for 350 or more employees.
-
Experience processing bi-weekly payroll.
Required Knowledge & Experience
-
Payroll processing and administration.
-
Vacation pay and Sunday premium calculations.
-
Vacation and rest day calculations.
-
Employee terminations and severance settlements.
-
IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and tax deductions.
-
Administration of Employee Savings Fund and Grocery Vouchers.
-
SUA administration.
-
State payroll taxes.
-
Basic knowledge of IMSS audits and tax audits.

Employment contracts administration.
-
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).

Experience working with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
English

Intermediate level (B1) reading comprehension.
-
Ability to hold basic business conversations in English.
-
Interest in continuously improving English skills to interact with foreign executives and work in an international corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities

Execute the complete payroll process accurately and on time.
-
Calculate salaries, benefits, deductions, and statutory payments.
-
Manage payroll incidents and employee records.
-
Process IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot transactions.
-
Prepare employee settlements and termination payments.
-
Administer employee benefits, including Grocery Vouchers and Savings Fund.

Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
-
Provide administrative support related to payroll matters for mexican and foreign executives.

Participate in internal audits and support labor and tax compliance processes.
