The Quote to Cash Coordinator supports various activities within the quote-to-order workflow, from CRM, CPQ, order management, to licensing and entitlement tools, specifically data entry tasks involved in order management and user support tasks managed in a service management system.
What you will be doing:
Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities
Enter data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and ServiceNow / EpicCare)
Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow
Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal (e.g., sales) and external (e.g., customer) requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing
Operate license order fulfillment processes by following predefined procedures, using different licensing tools
Handle assigned quoting, order management, and licensing related issues in a service management system
Understand and follow policies, processes and procedures associated with assigned areas of responsibility
Assist with issues and collaborate across peer organizations
Perform other operations duties as assigned
What you will likely bring:
Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be able to work extended hours during high-volume peak periods (especially end of quarters)
Ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Ability to handle high transactional volume, and repetitive administrative tasks
Ability to deliver quality results while under time constraints
Ability to collaborate with customers, and peers to solve issues
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
