Summary
Support Real state, Pre-construction, Permitting and Construction teams by administrating and submitting all needed payments for new stores construction. Assures the accomplishments of the final costs approved.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administrate the payment process for the new stores construction, including reviewing the invoices, draws, change orders etc. Get needed approvals, verify information and submit the complete package to the Store dev controller to be scheduled for payment
- Controls the contract amounts by payment reconciliation, assures that all payments sent to the store dev controller had been considered in the contract final amount, avoids any payment over the contract amounts.
- Coordinate and administrate the payments for the OFI and RE brokers, includes review the invoices, get the needed approvals, and uploaded it in the people soft system, follow up until it is paid
- Manage and coordinates the PM system facilitating communication with cross functional areas, as well as outside Vendors (Brokers, Engineers, General Contractors, OFI Vendors, etc.) to coordinate, plan, organize, enforce, scope, track, and manage auditing of resources for all ongoing projects.
- Review, manage and control the closeout process for the new stores, includes receiving the information from the General contractor, validate it with the construction team, process the final invoice and upload it in the system.
- Do and submit the purchase orders af all the OFI vendors included in each project, coordinates and assures the delivery dates and final costs
Position Requirements:
- Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study:Business or Finance
- Years of Experience:Three to five years.
- Type of Experience:accounting or administration in building companies or retail
