Role Purpose:
Support the development and execution of onboarding and knowledge transfer initiatives that enhance the new employee experience and promote organizational continuity. The intern will also provide general HR support while collaborating on projects that require coordination, communication, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding initiatives by function to improve the integration of new employees.
- Assist in knowledge transfer activities that contribute to business continuity.
- Provide general HR support in day-to-day activities and team initiatives.
- Collaborate in the preparation of presentations, reports, and project updates.
- Help track progress and maintain documentation related to onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support data analysis activities to identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes.
- Participate in cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful execution of assigned projects.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
Moderate to high level of English
Strong interest in Human Resources, project coordination, and employee experience
Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proactive attitude and strong people skills
