This Manager level role will hold a key position within the CC Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team. This role will be responsible for planning and executing assigned projects across our multi-functional CC locations. The role will involve working globally with CC leadership, WBD functional stakeholders and other internal and external (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Outsource partners) groups.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Plan and execute assigned projects across the following CC S&T Global Processes: e.g. Design and Transition, Continuous Improvement, Digital Automation, Training, or Integration – responsibilities include:
Participate in meetings/workshops with executive leadership to develop project scope, resource requirements, timelines, communication plans and budgets.
Support CC S&T leadership in Global Process Owner activities, including development and maintenance in playbooks, templates, supporting documentation and training.
Qualifications & Experience…
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Technology, Human Resources) required
Strong project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage a variety of projects and timelines; demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables
