Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Follow‑up– Proactively identify and develop new overseas clients for glassware products through international trade fairs, social media platforms, and other B2B channels. Maintain client records, follow up on client needs regularly, and build long‑term relationships.
Business Communication & Negotiation– Communicate effectively with overseas clients in English, understand their requirements accurately, provide product quotations, samples, and related materials. Lead routine commercial negotiations and facilitate contract signing.
Full Order Lifecycle Management– Manage order entry, confirmation, and tracking. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor customs clearance and shipping processes to guarantee on‑time delivery and secure payment collection.
Market Intelligence– Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and policy changes in target glassware markets. Collect customer feedback and market demand, summarize findings, and report to the Sales Manager to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Education & Major– Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering,Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.
Industry & Experience– Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or glass packaging materials industry, or direct client-facing roles with manufacturers.
Core Competencies– Proactive client development mindset with execution ability, capable of independently following up with clients and closing orders. Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills, with a fast response to client needs.
Technical Skills– Basic knowledge of international trade procedures, cross‑border logistics, and common payment methods. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Personal Attributes– Responsible, resilient, and eager to learn. Detail‑oriented, team‑oriented, goal‑driven, and willing to actively explore overseas markets.
Compliance– Strictly follow international trade procedures and company policies when handling letters of credit, customs clearance, and inspection applications to ensure all export operations are compliant and efficient.
Team Support– Assist the Export Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, support the team in market promotion and customer maintenance activities, and participate in training sessions and business exchange meetings.
