Job Purpose:
The Operations Manager is directly responsible for overseeing and organizing the equipment and staff to fulfil the production plan well as acting as the first line of support for troubleshooting for any issues
Key job responsibilities:

Management of the operations team, overseeing the entire production process, planning, maintenance, process engineering and testing.

Ensuring production schedule is meet while maintaining quality standards and manufacturing cost.

Driver for industrialization on SMT lines

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes

Sponsor for OPEX projects using Lean methodology

Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving strategies

Ensuring the team has a strong understanding of their impact on critical financial performance measures

Budget administration

- BTS, SCRAP, Overtime, DL productivity
- FTT, MTTR, MTBF, CT Efficiency
Critical experiences required to be ready for this job:
- SMT technical knowledge is a MUST
