The Senior Sustainability Analyst plays a key role in advancing the company's sustainability strategy, reporting, compliance, and performance management programs. This position leads sustainability data collection, greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, reporting, assurance, and audit activities. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across global operations, the role ensures data integrity, transparency, and alignment with corporate sustainability goals and external reporting requirements. The role also provides project management support for sustainability initiatives, including coordinating meetings, tracking action items, developing presentations and communications, and supporting implementation of strategic priorities and programs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience managing complex sustainability data and reporting processes across multiple global facilities.
Specific Accountabilities
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Accounting & Emissions Management:
Lead global Scope 1, Scope 2, and applicable Scope 3 GHG inventory development, data collection, emissions calculations, and reporting.
Sustainability Reporting & Disclosure Management:
Lead project management and execution of the annual Sustainability Report, including timelines, stakeholder engagement, and approvals.
Coordinate content development, source documentation, communications, training materials, and website disclosures.
Assurance, Audit & Internal Controls:
Support implementation of evolving sustainability standards, frameworks, controls, and documentation processes.
