About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Intake Closer who excels at building rapport, identifying qualified opportunities, and guiding prospective clients through the enrollment process.
This role combines client intake, consultation, and closing. You'll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in our services, evaluate their situation, educate them about the process, and help qualified prospects take the next step toward becoming clients.

What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
- Speak with prospective clients to gather information and determine potential eligibility
- Educate consumers about the Lemon Law claims process
- Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Build trust and maintain engagement throughout the intake process
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients
- Conduct timely follow-up communications with prospects
- Accurately document interactions and update records within CRM systems
- Meet or exceed individual conversion, productivity, and performance goals
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, inside sales, client intake, customer service, or call center environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling objections and confidently asking for commitment
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with CRM software
- Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required
