POSITION OBJECTIVE
As Industrial Engineering you are responsible for determining the best line process configuration and requirements to assure the most safety, quality and efficient process according to the existing standards. This scope considers not only the current processes but also the process changes and new product/process implementations. Continuous improvement is also another key focus of your daily journey as well as the problem solving related activities.
In this position you are also responsible for providing support to other areas in those activities that require your knowledge and expertise to complete activities with impact on our KPI.
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Support the daily operation topics.
Definition of the assembly process based on H&S, Quality, and Costs KPIs.
Line balancing according to the Efficiency KPI and by using site tools and softwares.
Maximize line balancing VA/NVA ratio while taking into consideration our workers, using lean manufacturing tools.
Production capacity management based on demand and process constraints.
Planning and executing the activities related to model year and new platforms introduction according to NPD requirements.
Keep updated the production floor shop layout, master data, visual aids, work instructions & risk analysis for every model year and new projects.
Planning and executing projects to positively impact on efficiency, quality or costs.
Follow up and deploy engineering changes.
Decision taken based on PFMEA to manage the processes risks.
Lead and participate in problem solving processes according to the business requirements.
Adoption of BRMS tools to support our manufacturing system and continue improvement culture.
Following up and keeping alive the ISO processes related to the area.
Behave according to our ethics code and BRP values.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor: Industrial Engineering or Similar
Experience at least 2 years experience in a previous related position (Assembly line).
