We are on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Travel Program Specialist to become part of our LATAM Travel team.
In this position, they will act as the key coordinator for regional travel operations, guaranteeing that our employees enjoy hassle-free journeys while remaining consistent with company policies. This is a great chance for a professional with a solid grounding in corporate travel and expense management who flourishes in a multinational, fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge of LATAM travel regulations, practical exposure to modern travel booking platforms such as Concur, and outstanding communication skills in both English and Spanish to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for every LATAM regional travel requirement, arranging complex travel itineraries and providing first-class support to travelers

Ensure adherence to company travel policies by drawing on local and regional expertise to inform and guide employees effectively

Handle and refine travel bookings through Concur Travel & Expense, addressing and resolving any system-related challenges that come up

Guide employees on expense submission guidelines to increase clarity, secure compliance, and simplify the reimbursement process

Respond to immigration-related questions and internal workflows such as Topia, and produce support letters and guidance for business visa applications

Liaise directly with local and regional travel vendors to handle inquiries, tackle issues, and progressively elevate service quality

Partner with internal cross-functional groups including Finance, HR, and Administration to keep travel operations in sync with broader business objectives

Contribute to LATAM-specific reporting routines, internal controls, and travel audit procedures

Examine travel data and build reports that surface trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas suitable for process optimization
Requirements

No less than 2 years of applied professional experience in corporate travel and expense management

Previous experience serving as the primary contact for regional travel needs, arranging complex travel itineraries while delivering excellent traveler support

Capability to ensure adherence to company travel policies by using local and regional expertise to inform and guide employees effectively

Hands-on background handling travel bookings within Concur Travel & Expense, including diagnosing and resolving system-related challenges

Familiarity with expense submission guidelines together with the ability to guide employees to ensure clarity, compliance, and a seamless reimbursement flow

Awareness of visa and immigration workflows, including platforms such as Topia, along with the ability to produce support letters and guidance for business visa applications

Demonstrated history of maintaining relationships with local and regional travel vendors to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and continuously enhance service quality

Ability to team up with cross-functional groups such as Finance, HR, and Administration to keep travel operations aligned with overall business goals

Contribution to LATAM-specific reporting routines, internal controls, and travel audit activities

Excellent written and spoken command of English and Spanish at B2 level or higher
