Since launching operations in Mexico in 2019, we have continued expanding our presence nationwide. As our business grows, we are looking for a Human Resources professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and help lead our HR function.
About the Role
This position is ideal for an HR professional who has built a strong foundation in Human Resources and is looking for an opportunity to expand their leadership responsibilities while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.
The Human Resources Manager will work closely with company leadership and oversee key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, labor compliance, and workforce management.
This is a hands-on role where success comes from balancing operational execution with continuous process improvement and business support.
Location
This position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work, office presence, and occasional visits to project sites as business needs require.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities for field and administrative positions.
- Partner with leadership and operations teams to support workforce planning.
- Manage onboarding and employee integration processes.
- Ensure employee documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Employee Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Support employee data management and reporting.
- Monitor personnel administration processes.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate weekly and bi-weekly payroll administration processes.
- Review payroll incidents, employee changes, and compensation updates.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Support payroll reviews and employee inquiries.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Support employee relations initiatives and workplace investigations.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions and employee terminations when required.
- Promote compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
SIROC & Workforce Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate HR deliverables required for construction workforce compliance processes.
- Maintain attendance records, IMSS registrations, and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and external service providers to meet compliance deadlines.
- Support ongoing process improvements related to compliance activities.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support HR team members.
- Delegate responsibilities and provide coaching when needed.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team.

Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting payroll administration processes.
- Experience in employee relations and labor compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Previous experience leading projects, initiatives, or small teams is highly desirable.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
- Leadership potential and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
