Procurement Operations Specialist
SSA Marine México is looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Procurement team in Mexico City.

What will you do?
- Manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery and invoice resolution.
- Create and maintain POs in IFS.
- Follow up with suppliers, shipments, and deliveries.
- Resolve purchasing, invoice, and delivery issues.
- Support IFS Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Identify and support procurement process improvements.
- Work with Procurement, Operations, Finance, IT, and suppliers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or a related area.
- Advanced English – 100% English required.
- ERP experience; IFS is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Position Details
Location: Insurgentes Sur, Mexico City
Work model: 100% on-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

We are hiring for TWO positions:
US Fixed Assets & CAPEX: Management of US fixed asset/CAPEX ordering, government grant-related POs, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Cuyutlan & CDMX Procurement: Management of Cuyutlan and other CDMX purchase order activities.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per month
