What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Latin America Sales and Delivery Operations Team. This individual will collaborate with business partners and local teams to maximize customer happiness, streamline operations, and build improved systems. This role will support program improvements and standardization across the Latam. They will work with field team members and other stakeholders to create visibility and accountability support operational needs such as creation of standard operating procedures, staff training, systems enhancements, reporting, and data analysis.
What You'll Do-
Evaluate and streamline existing Delivery Day processes to maximize customer happiness and enhance operational efficiency

Improve existing processes and create new processes to drive improved customer experience through Delivery Day programs

Develop recommendations based on site visits and data analysis to support improvements in systems and tools used for pre-delivery operations

Structure pilots, track and measure results, iterate then launch solutions to drive toward customer happiness and operational efficiency

Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide weekly feedback to stakeholders and local teams

Perform field visits and interviews with delivery teams to identify, establish, or implement best practices/processes and effectively communicate in diverse forums

Present data and programs to executive leadership and business partners
