Location: Remote (Must be based in Latin America)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Weekends Off)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, articulate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the core bridge between our North American clients and our recruiting engine—managing client relationships, screening candidate pipelines, and handling recruitment logistics during US business hours.
This is a long-term, full-time permanent position with great professional growth opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 2+ years of recent experience as a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a dedicated Human Resources role.
- Communication: Exceptional, effortless English skills (spoken and written) to confidently partner with US corporate clients and conduct candidate interviews.
- Core Skills: Proven background in complex, heavy interview scheduling and calendar coordination across time zones.
- Work Ethic: Highly disciplined and self-motivated—thrives independently without micromanagement.
- Technical Setup: Quiet home office, high-speed internet (50+ Mbps), and a dependable backup power solution (UPS/generator) to handle local outages.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with US corporate clients to manage job orders and active candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate heavy interview calendars.
- Maintain real-time documentation and recruitment data accuracy.
