Experience with carrier damage claims and report control for follow-up and cost visibility

Retrieve performance reports from websites

Proactively communicate to the internal customer the status of their shipments

Resolve issues in a timely manner (e.g. mis-ships, claims, etc).

Maintain Key Performance Indicators report (Freight-In and Freight-Out reports)

Ensure all problems are addressed and researched, such as loss in transit, failed deliveries, order reroutes

Verify bill of lading information accuracy

Coordinate and support International Overseas FCL & LCL Exports

Support International Overseas Parcel shipping and label creation, BSO, and support to shipping stations
