Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue growth across industrial markets.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical and commercial expertise with a consultative sales approach and a proven track record in B2B business development.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial sectors.

Prospect potential clients through industrial parks, trade associations, exhibitions, and networking events.

Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Conduct technical and commercial visits with customers and prospects.

Develop distributors and strategic corporate accounts.

Identify growth opportunities across different product lines and markets.

Coordinate commercial strategies with technical and operational teams.

Participate in the development and launch of new products and business lines.

Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and competitive assessments.

Prepare commercial proposals, sales reports, and business growth plans.

Lead strategic negotiations and special projects.

Participate in trade shows, industry events, and training programs.

Support customer technical and commercial requirements.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in:
