We are seeking a Solution Architect to design and implement innovative Wealth Management solutions while providing technical leadership across multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical execution, mentor development teams and drive architectural strategy in alignment with enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities

Design and implement Wealth Management solutions using Java, REACT JS hosted on MS Azure

Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions

Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for new product capabilities through to continuous delivery to production

Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to multiple teams building innovative applications

Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities and integrate business knowledge with technical solutions

Collaborate with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and alignment with Enterprise Architecture

Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership by impacting significant technical direction and driving change beyond the immediate team

Coordinate with project managers and other staff members to provide timelines for solutions

Assess and evaluate risk as required

Maintain awareness of industry trends and keep skills updated

Educate and train colleagues as requested

Partner with DevOps Engineers on CI/CD pipeline and cloud deployment on the Azure platform
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering or related field

1+ years of work experience in a relevant role

Showcase of a proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions

Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner

Proficiency in Java, Spring and ReactJS with Cloud Native Azure Solution

Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with SOAP and REST web services using an API driven approach
