- Guaranteed base salary starting at $7,000 MXN per month (Part-Time), with opportunities to earn additional monthly bonuses, commissions, and annual performance incentives.

Your Role
As a Language Instructor at Spoken Learning, you will empower students to achieve their language-learning goals through engaging, interactive, and personalized lessons.
This role begins as a part-time position (22 hours per week). As your schedule grows and additional classes become available, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position (40 hours per week), teaching up to 30 lessons per week while collaborating with our academic team to create an exceptional learning experience for every student.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online Spanish lessons.
- Provide personalized instruction based on each student's learning goals.
- Adapt lesson plans to students' proficiency levels, interests, and learning styles.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and digital resources to maximize engagement.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson notes, and student assessments.
- Create engaging instructional materials and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with the academic team on curriculum development and educational projects.
- Contribute to special initiatives such as social media content, educational resources, books, and course development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience teaching Spanish (experience teaching adults preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Passion for teaching students of all ages, including young learners (ages 4+).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Experience creating lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home teaching environment.
- Availability to work weekdays and Saturdays (Sundays off).
- Availability for either:
- Part-Time: 22 hours per week (starting position)
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week (growth opportunity)
