CV Linens is a leading online destination for event and wedding linens, serving professional event planners, decorators, and DIY hosts across the country. We are seeking a highly organized E-commerce Manager to lead our day-to-day online retail operations, including website merchandising, website production, website optimization and digital customer experience. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring hands-on expertise in Shopify, as well as a strong focus on UX/UI optimization and driving online growth, and the ability to manage a remote team of content and website producers. This role can be hybrid or remote in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including site maintenance, product launches, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and execute website merchandising strategies to maximize conversion and revenue
- Optimize user experience and interface design through A/B testing, customer research, and data analysis
- Work with a remote team to administer our Shopify platform and leverage merchandising tools such as Fast Simon for search optimization, personalization, and merchandising automation
- Monitor site performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional projects while maintaining organized workflows and prioritization
- Oversee product catalog management, content updates, and site functionality enhancements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of e-commerce management experience
- Expert-level proficiency with Shopify platform
- Hands-on experience with merchandising tools such as FastSimon, Bloomreach or Searchspring
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and e-commerce best practices
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and improving conversion rates
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo a plus
- Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or other heatmapping tools as plus
