We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help design, build, and optimize scalable cloud-native backend services for enterprise applications. If you're passionate about serverless architectures, AWS, microservices, and modern backend engineering, we'd love to connect with you!
What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable backend services using AWS serverless technologies.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop cloud-native solutions following serverless best practices.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application deployments.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Improve application security and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong Java development experience (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Experience designing serverless and event-driven applications.
- Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (AWS SAM, Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
- Experience with security scanning and vulnerability remediation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English.
