The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for supporting and implementing initiatives focused on improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and manufacturing processes within a metal-mechanical environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive operational improvements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
Analyze manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
JOB PROFILE:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement.
Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing preferred.
Advanced English communication skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
