Job Description:
Job Summary**
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Palletizing Operator to join our team at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating palletizing equipment, ensuring the safe and accurate stacking of products according to company standards and production schedules.
Job Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated palletizing machinery.
- Load and unload materials onto and off the production line as required.
- Inspect products for quality defects before and after palletization.
- Ensure accurate stacking patterns and proper labeling of finished pallets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including operating forklifts or pallet jacks if certified.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of palletizing equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Palletizing Operator or in a similar production role preferred.
- Ability to operate palletizing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Basic communication skills to understand instructions and report issues.
