Work schedule:
Mon-Wed: 6:00 to 18:00 hrs, and Thur: 6:00 to 17:00 hrs
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for supporting and implementing initiatives focused on improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and manufacturing processes within a metal-mechanical environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive operational improvements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
JOB PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement.
- Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
