Position Requirements
Education
High School Diploma, Technical Degree, or Associate Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Quality, or a related field.
Experience
-
1–3 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.

Experience with incoming, in-process, and final inspections preferred.

Experience in metal fabrication, refrigeration, appliance, automotive, or similar industries is an advantage.
Technical Skills

Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Knowledge of basic quality inspection techniques and sampling methods.

Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, tape measures, and other inspection tools.

Basic understanding of quality concepts such as Control Plans, SPC, and traceability.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
