?? What You’ll Do
- Engage premium clients in English regarding logistics solutions (imports, exports, supply chain, value-added services). Handle inbound and outbound calls with a consultative, service-oriented sales approach.
- Manage CRM pipelines, follow up on leads, and support the commercial.
- Learn the full logistics cycle — from A to Z — and grow your commercial career in a high-impact industry.
?? What We’re Looking
- For Advanced English (spoken & written).
- Minimum 1 year experience in premium/high-end call center sales or telesales environments.
- Outstanding communication & negotiation skills, proactive attitude, and high energy.
- Minimum high school diploma; studies in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or Marketing are a plus.
