Bachelor’s Degree in Law
Relevant Experience: Typically 5 years of professional experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, gained either in-house or within a corporate law practice.
Modern Technical Skills: Hands-on experience using modern Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (such as Ironclad, Icertis, or similar) and e-signature platforms (such as DocuSign).
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-legal business partners.
Drafting Precision: Exceptional command of contract terminology, legal English, and structured drafting with a sharp eye for detail.

Advanced Education: A Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial Law, corporate compliance, or a related field.
Multilingual Capabilities: Professional working fluency in multiple languages.
