The Legal Assistant provides hands-on, day-to-day support to attorneys and staff, taking recurring administrative tasks off their plates so the team can focus on client work and larger projects. This is an execution-focused role: the person in this position is expected to follow established workflows and systems reliably and efficiently. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, responsiveness, accountability, and a willingness to handle repetitive administrative work are essential.
English: Fluent in English with excellent English grammar skills.
Legal Experience: 5+ years of Paralegal experience, OR a recent law school graduate with at least 2 years of experience working within a law firm.
Organization & Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in executing established processes.
Administrative Execution: Comfortable with repetitive and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and follow-through.
Technology: Quick to learn new technology tools and comfortable working with systems such as Clio, Notion, and OneDrive.
Communication: Strong written communication skills.
Reliability & Accountability Does what they say they will do and promptly communicates when original plans change.
Integrity Does not hide problems, addresses issues directly, and acknowledges and corrects mistakes.
