Education: Bachelors degree
Experiencie: Experience within the EMS market or experiece within the memory market either in sales, marketing asset management. This could be from SANM competition, distribution, manufacturers representative or any other industry which carries relevant experience
Knowledges: Knowledge of the memory commodity, specifically DRAM, HBM, NAND, NOR, EEPROM, HDD, SSD’s, and modules. Looking for commodity trends from a technology roadmap, pricing trends as well as relationships with manufacturers (all tiers – 1/2/3 etc) as well as parties involved with the supply chain.
Skills / Competencies: Must have knoweldge and a skill set from within the memory commodity (either on the buying or selling side), relationship with manufacturers and supply chain partners. Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) and present to internal and external shareholders. Must posess key skills in PowerPoint, Excel and be able to work with cross functional teams on a regular basis. Negotiation, contract negotiation and working with different regions and cultures a plus.
Responsibilities / Activities: Price negotiation, supply chain discussions/decisions, problem resolution, supplier developement and selection, contract review and negotiation, data review, decisión making, analytical analysis of data, strategy development and tactical implementation.
