Position Overview
As a Stability Specialist, you will be the backbone of our operational consistency. You will spearhead initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and guarantee seamless processes across our production and supply chain lines. By partnering with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure that our operations run smoother, smarter, and safer every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and monitor standardized workflows to drive flawless execution, safety, and productivity.
- Agile Problem Solving: Lead root-cause analyses (RCA) and deploy rapid, robust corrective actions to eliminate operational disruptions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate dynamically with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Operations teams, especially during high-stakes product launches.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs, cycle times, and efficiency metrics to anticipate risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Lean & Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and maximize operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a closely related field (Note: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar profiles are not eligible for this specific vacancy).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain environments, focusing on process stability, operations, or continuous improvement.
- Technical Mastery:
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving (8Ds, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English (Mandatory, for daily interaction with global teams).
- Power Skills: High resilience, exceptional communication, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- You must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
