4) Create, implement, and manage maintenance documentation within the area of responsibility
5) Identify and resolve production capacity issues caused by machinery and equipment problems
6) Participate in layout changes
7) Develop, track, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement action plans
8) Continuously improve processes to optimize the use of natural resources, energy, etc.
9) Comply with the procedures and forms of the company's Quality Management System
10) Optimize energy consumption through the implementation of continuous improvement
11) Manage the application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to production processes
12) Participate in assigned training programs, committing to applying the knowledge gained to achieve departmental and organizational goals
13) Support the Safety and Environment Department in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
