Responsibilities:
- Ensure that each operation is carried out in a timely manner and in compliance with legislation
- Analysis and filling out of Certificates of Origin according to International Treaties
- Verify tabulator and price services (A.A. and Carriers) are competitive
- Monitor and execute accurate compliance with the IMMEX and PROSEC Programs
- Validate balances and inventory in Annex 24 and Annex 31
- Carry out various procedures on Government web portals (VUCEM, SAT Portal)
- Perform KPIs in the area of Foreign Trade and present progress on each topic
- Functions Required by CTPAT Certification (Work Programs)
- Manage and update applicable procedures
- Perform internal audits, incident reporting, and follow-up on improvements
- "Generate presentations and didactic material for training (Foreign Trade Staff and CTPAT)"
- Export Sales Report (reconcile against export declarations)
- Preparation of reports for monthly closing (Customs Operation; Insurance Policy; GLOSS)
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree International Business, Foreign Trade, International Relations
- Minimum of six (6) years experience.
