Accounts Payable (AP)
- Voucher match and reconciliation of supplier accounts
. Preparation of policies and Preparation of policies and manual vouchers.
- Execution of weekly payments and application of payments.
- Attention and clarification of doubts and balances with suppliers.
- Mandatory use of ScanMan (AP automation).
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Collection management and follow-up with customers.
- Application of payments and application of receipts/income.
General Accounting and Analytics
Preparation of journal policies (accounting entries).
- Intermediate level analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
.submission of VAT refund applications
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance or related career.
*Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in accounting or finance within a manufacturing environment.
Required knowledge:
or VAT, IMSS and tax returns, with the ability to question and validate the information.
o Intermediate level analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
o Complete Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles.
o ScanMan (AP automation) handling — required.
Desirable (non-essential) knowledge:
o PROSEC and IMMEX Programs.
o Fixed assets.
o Experience working indirectly with a supervisor based in the United States.
Languages: Intermediate-advanced English for communication with the U.S. team
