As our Continuous Improvement Expert for Quality – Americas, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability and safety. Your impact? You will directly influence the quality culture across our Americas plants, reducing waste and enhancing customer trust. By closing systemic gaps and mentoring local teams, you ensure that “Engineering Tomorrow” is built on a foundation of zero-defect manufacturing and robust quality systems.
You’ll collaborate with Plant Managers, Quality Directors, and cross-functional regional teams and take ownership of plant-level quality assessments and systemic improvement roadmaps, contributing to DBS mission of safeguarding scalability and Operational Excellence as Danfoss continues its growth journey toward LEAP 2030.
