We are looking for a responsible supervisor to oversee AML transactional monitoring and name screening process.
The position is complex. It won't just be someone who oversees the work of others. Person in charge is also responsible for advising, identifying opportunities, improving procedures and serving as a liaison between subordinates and upper management.
The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows how to oversight AML process adherence thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.
The objective will be to ensure that operations are carried out in a productive manner to ensure compliance with AML policies.
Role Responsibilities:
- Executing transactional monitoring quality assurance
- Execute sanctions screening quality assurance
- Analyze company rules transactional AML risk patterns
- Ensure proper case escalation to AML officer
- Manage and communicate core KPIs to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor employee productivity, adherence and offer feedback and advice
- Enrich operational procedures by finding opportunity areas
- Ensure AML policies compliance
Role Qualifications:
- 3+ Relevant Experience in AML transactional monitoring/screening or Similar Role
- Mexico AML regulation knowledge
- Bachelors degree
- Intermediate English
- Process Improvement Experience
- Coaching solid Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to develop high performance teams.
- Stakeholders management
- Desirable: Knowledge of QA standards operation,
