REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO
Escolaridad: Licenciatura / Ingeniería ( Deseable )
Idioma: Inglés básico (Deseable)
Experiencia: Analista de Embarques, Analista de tráfico y/o transporte, Almacenista.
C onocimientos: Garantizar , coordinar y controlar el movimiento de materiales desde su punto de recolección hasta el arribo a su destino y a lo largo de la cadena de suministro, p ara asegurar el cumplimiento a los programas de recibo, embarques y de producción mediante seguimiento y validación de transacciones físicas y en sistema ERP .

Competencias Técnicas:
• Paquetería Office, ERP (SAP Deseable)
• CTPAT
• Inventarios cíclicos y físicos / PEPS
• Conocimiento en normas mexicanas de transporte SICT (Transporte de materiales peligrosos, capacidades de carga en tránsito)
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
• Manejo de Personal
• Asegurar cumplimiento de los programas de embarques, recibo y prog . de producción.
• Planeación y coordinación de fletes, recolecciones y aseguramiento de las materias primas y componentes a línea de producción además de producto terminado a clientes, hasta su llegada a destino.
• Analizar el tipo de transporte acorde a la cantidad de material, por medio del trabajo en equipo con planeación de materiales y servicio al cliente
• Integrante y Back Up de Logistics Manager (CTPAT)
• Interactuar con otros colaboradores, transportistas, y proveedores en la solución de problemas de Embarques, Recibo, suministro de líneas de producción, transporte y traslado de mercancías
• Dar seguimiento a transacciones en sistema ERP vs físicas en asuntos relacionados con los movimientos de materiales.
• Administración de documentación necesaria para el movimiento de las mercancías.
• Dar seguimiento a transacciones en sistema ERP vs físicas en asuntos relacionados con los movimientos de materiales.
• Dar soporte al cumplimiento de los conteos cíclicos y físicos programados, así como dar seguimiento a las diferencias generadas hasta su corrección.
Administrar personal de movimiento de materiales en operación interna .
