B2B Appointment Setter (US Gym Owners)

Are you a relentless outbound caller who thrives in high-performance sales environments?
We’re hiring a B2B Appointment Setter to help book qualified sales appointments with gym owners across the United States for a fast-growing mastermind and high-ticket coaching offer.
This role is for someone who is hungry, confident on the phone, and comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day while handling objections and driving conversations toward booked appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to US gym owners
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Follow scripts while adapting naturally in conversations
- Track conversations and pipeline activity inside CRM systems
- Consistently hit daily and weekly booking targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales or appointment-setting experience
- Experience working with:
- High-ticket coaching offers
- Masterminds
- B2B service businesses
- Comfortable making 100+ calls daily
- Strong English communication skills
- Competitive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
- Able to work independently and maintain high energy throughout the day
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Experience selling or setting appointments in the fitness industry
- Background in outbound cold calling for coaches, agencies, or consultants
Schedule
- Flexible based on lead availability and campaign needs
- 8-hour shifts typically start around 8:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
- Hours may occasionally adjust as we test and optimize the best calling windows for appointment bookings.
Compensation
- 8USD per hour
- Independent Contractor role

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for a killer setter who knows how to create urgency, push through objections, and consistently fill calendars.
