Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of food safety programs.
- Collaborate with California team members and clients to ensure compliance.
- Assist with audit preparation and certification processes.
- Work with QA, operations, and supply chain teams to enhance food safety.
- Use digital tools for efficient food safety management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written)
- Experience with food safety certifications (SQF, PrimusGFS, GLOBALG.A.P., BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, USDA Organic, FSVP).
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and technologies.
- Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail.
